Scope of Coverage
Leaf Furniture provides a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects and craftsmanship to the original client.
This warranty is subject to normal, proper use of the furniture.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Leaf Furniture reserves the right to inspect any item subject to a warranty claim to determine the cause of the issue and responsibility for material/replacement costs.
At our sole discretion, Leaf Furniture will either repair or replace the defective item or component.
Material Characteristics & Exclusions
Timber & Natural Wood Wood is a living, organic material. There will be natural variations in color, grain pattern, and texture across all timbers. Over time, all wood undergoes natural color changes due to the effects of oxidation and ultraviolet (UV) light exposure. These natural variations and changes are unique characteristics of solid wood, are not considered product defects, and are not covered by this warranty.
Oils & Finishes We warrant that the finishes applied to our furniture and cabinetry meet the highest industry standards against manufacturing defects (such as severe blemishes or highly inconsistent sheen levels). However, our warranty does not cover the natural effects of aging on finishes, slight color variations caused by how different grain patterns absorb finishes, or the subtle variations inherent in hand-finishing techniques.
Hardware & Third-Party Components We use only the highest quality hardware available. Our warranty for hardware (including but not limited to drawer slides, hinges, pulls, knobs, LED lighting, and controllers) extends only as far as the original manufacturer’s warranty. Leaf Furniture will act on your behalf to coordinate repairs or replacements with the hardware manufacturer as needed. Replacement hardware is subject to supplier availability.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from environmental factors, structural shifts, or misuse. Leaf Furniture does not warrant against:
Environmental Damage: Natural swelling, shrinkage, minor warping, or small gaps caused by changes in room temperature or humidity.
Improper Care: Damage from improper storage, improper room environments, water damage, or exposure to extreme light.
Misuse & Accidents: Defects caused by accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Alterations: Damage resulting from defective third-party installation or on-site modifications.
Note: Leaf Furniture will gladly repair damages or defects caused by any of the above circumstances at the client's expense.
Specifications and Changes
Leaf Furniture reserves the right to make changes in materials, designs, and specifications without prior notification. We are under no obligation to incorporate these changes into products or cabinetry previously manufactured
